With over 21 years of experience in consulting, coaching and training, James is passionate about helping small businesses and entrepreneurs grow to their full potential. James specializes in implementing business process improvements and has a wealth of knowledge in leadership effectiveness, team building, defining company direction and goal achievement. Through his classes and training, he teaches leaders how to guide their teams effectively and successfully, so they can continue towards their goals on their own.
